So, let's talk about me! My name is Dominique, and I have this amazing little business where I create beautiful things out of wood. It all started when I wanted a floor lamp but couldn't justify spending a fortune on it. I looked around my house and found these bamboo-like materials. After six weeks of hard work, I had the most freckling cool lamp ever! That's when I realized I could make anything I wanted.
Now, I design and make everything myself in my backyard space. I try to source my wood locally to keep the costs down. And guess what? I also make stunning cheeseboards! They are truly a sight to behold. 🧀🪵
In addition to my woodworking, I have a special candle-making room. It's where I hand-pour all my candles and create unique blends for my diffusers. The process is so fulfilling, and it allows me to bring a personal touch to each product.
Oh, and did I mention that my little business is located on the West Coast of the South Island? The natural beauty of this place inspires me every day.
